Background and Story of Jinpachi Ego
Ego was a former professional football player who played alongside Noel Noa. However, he failed to reach the absolute pinnacle of the sport. Hired by newcomer Anri Teieri, Ego designed the Blue Lock facility to fundamentally destroy the cooperative, submissive mindset of Japanese football. He routinely subjects the players to extreme psychological stress, forcing them to awaken their latent 'Ego'.
